Wong: Australia and Fiji strengthen cooperation in the fight against HIV
Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong said Australia is continuing its cooperation with Fiji under the Vuvale Partnership to strengthen the country's response to HIV and improve access to healthcare services.
Commenting on her meeting with Fiji's Minister for Foreign Affairs Filimoni Vosarogo Lalabalavu, Wong said: "Through the Vuvale Partnership, Australia is working with Fiji to strengthen its HIV response and expand access to prevention and treatment."
Wong said the meeting also focused on their shared commitment to supporting healthier communities and strengthening regional health security. "Today, Minister Lalabalavu and I discussed our commitment to supporting healthier communities and strengthening regional health security," she said.
