Wong: We value our partnership with Mexico, Indonesia, South Korea, and Turkey
Johannesburg, February 20 (Hibya) – Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong said that Australia values its partnership with Mexico, Indonesia, South Korea, and Turkey through MIKTA.
Australian Foreign Minister Wong is attending the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Johannesburg.
She emphasized that Australia values its partnership with these countries, stating, “As middle powers, we understand the need for rules and norms to ensure our security.”
Thanking the MIKTA foreign ministers for their meeting, Wong added, “MIKTA brings our countries together to promote and support the multilateral system and seek reforms for better representation for all.”
