Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, noted that the leaders of 27 European countries will discuss important issues for common security. Speaking about the issues to be addressed, Yermak said:

"First, the creation of a 'drone wall' that will protect European airspace from Russian drones and aircraft violating NATO countries' borders. Russia is attempting to wage a hybrid war against the Alliance. The only army in Europe with real experience in modern warfare, especially in effectively countering Russia’s continuous combined air attacks, is the Ukrainian army.

Another issue to be discussed is the use of frozen Russian assets in Europe to create a €140 billion loan in support of Ukraine."
