Zakharova: Basic necessities delivered to Myanmar via 5 aircraft
Moscow, April 3 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that following the earthquake in Myanmar, basic necessities were delivered to the country via five aircraft as part of humanitarian aid.
Zakharova said that on March 28, Myanmar was struck by the most powerful earthquake in the past 95 years.
She noted that more than 3,000 people lost their lives in the earthquake, adding: “Five aircraft carrying essential supplies were sent to the friendly country as part of humanitarian aid.”
