Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that in Dnipro, rescue teams and all emergency and public services are intervening after a Russian drone attack on the city, which targeted civilian infrastructure in broad daylight.

Zelensky stated that more than 10 people have been reported injured so far, all of whom are receiving the necessary medical care.

Zelensky said:

"With each of these attacks, the Russians once again prove that they must face strong pressure. These attacks also show that the sanctions the world imposes on Russia must hit the aggressor much harder, and that all of us in Europe must build a reliable defense against Russian drones and missiles; so that no country faces this threat alone."
