Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement regarding attacks on the country’s energy infrastructure and ongoing repair efforts.

Zelensky said: “I held a coordination meeting on the situation in the energy sector and efforts to eliminate the consequences of Russian attacks. The most difficult conditions persist in the capital: in Kyiv, more than 1,400 apartment buildings are still without heating, and it is very important that people living in each of these buildings receive all the support they need.”

Noting that the ‘Heating Packages’ program will be expanded in Kyiv, Zelensky added: “In the near future, distribution will reach 40,000 kits, and a significant portion will be allocated specifically to Kyiv. Reports were presented on the situation in the Kyiv region, Kharkiv and other cities in the region, Sumy, Chernihiv, Donetsk and the Dnipro region, as well as Kropyvnytskyi and its surroundings. The situation in the Kherson region was discussed separately – six settlements in the region are facing extremely difficult energy conditions due to constant drone attacks, creating exceptionally challenging conditions for repair work.”

Also touching on international cooperation and nuclear energy security, Zelensky concluded: “I thank everyone working to strengthen cross-border cooperation with Romania in order to increase the potential volume of electricity imports to Ukraine. I discussed in detail with the Minister of Energy the situation regarding nuclear power generation. For the Russian army, our nuclear energy facilities – including infrastructure and grids connected to nuclear power plants – continue to be de facto constant targets. And this requires a response beyond what has been achieved so far.”
