Zelensky announced that Russia attacked one of the city's hospitals with "Shahed" drones. He said, "So far, we know of 8 fatalities. My condolences to their families and friends. Eleven people were injured, and 113 patients were evacuated from the hospital."

Zelensky noted that rescue operations continue: "We are trying to deal with the consequences and save lives. We are doing everything we can to provide the necessary assistance to our people. Everyone who speaks about this war in the world should pay attention to what Russia is targeting. They are waging war on hospitals, civilian targets, and human lives.
