Abiy: Arba Minch is becoming one of the key centers of development
Arba Minch, July 3 (Hibya) – Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed said tourism investments in Arba Minch are contributing to employment and economic growth, calling for further domestic and foreign investment.
Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed inspected the Kuriftu Resort and Spa project during his visit to the city of Arba Minch.
It was announced that 53 luxury villas have been built as part of the project, which covers an area of 52,000 square meters, and that the investment is expected to create more than 300 permanent jobs.
Prime Minister Abiy stated that such investments are being built on the infrastructure established by the "Medemer Government", strengthening the role of the private sector in the country's development.
Emphasizing the need to further enhance Ethiopia's tourism potential, Abiy Ahmed called on both domestic and foreign investors to increase their investments in the country.
