Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, made a statement regarding his country’s foreign policy principles and diplomatic achievements.

Emphasizing Spain’s fundamental stance, Albares said: “In the face of war, Spain stands with peace and diplomacy. In the face of confrontation, Spain stands with cooperation.”

Referring to the results of dialogue and the negotiation process, Albares said: “Because through negotiation and dialogue, agreements that are beneficial for citizens are achieved, such as the historic agreement regarding Gibraltar.”
