Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ismail Baqaei stated that the war of aggression carried out by the United States and Israel against Iran undermines diplomatic efforts, shakes the foundations of international law, and paves the way for a destructive attack against humanity.

Noting that Iran is exercising its natural right of legitimate self-defense within the framework of international law, Baqaei said, "Remaining silent and indifferent in the face of such clear violations and atrocities will further weaken the credibility of the global legal order and encourage future aggressors."
