Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with his Cypriot counterpart Konstantinos Kombos on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly. Bayramov said they discussed recent work carried out within the framework of the political dialogue between the two countries.

Bayramov also said the meeting covered the Azerbaijan-European Union partnership and developments in the region.

Bayramov said in his statement, “We discussed the recent work carried out within the framework of political dialogue on issues of mutual interest between the two countries. We also exchanged views on the Azerbaijan-EU partnership and developments in the region.”
