Berendsen meets Jordanian Foreign Minister Safadi
Amsterdam, September 4 (Hibya) – Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen met with Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi to discuss bilateral relations and regional security on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen said he and his Jordanian counterpart Ayman Safadi reviewed the long-standing diplomatic ties between the two countries and discussed coordination steps aimed at strengthening regional stability.
Highlighting the importance of the meeting, Berendsen said, “I had a great meeting with my Jordanian counterpart Ayman Safadi in this year when we celebrate the 75th anniversary of our diplomatic relations.”
Outlining the key issues discussed, Berendsen concluded his statement by saying, “We discussed strengthening our partnership and how we can coordinate our efforts to promote stability and security in the region.”
