Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

EU Commissioner for Preparedness and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib shared the latest data on the humanitarian crisis in Lebanon and child casualties, reminding all parties of their obligations.

Providing the toll from the region, Lahbib said, “Over the past 6 months in Lebanon, at least 7 children have been killed or injured per day on average. Since March, including incidents following the ceasefire, at least 257 children have been killed and 1,039 children have been injured.”

Lahbib concluded her statement with the call: “Children deserve protection. All parties must comply with international humanitarian law.”
