Broad rise in commodity prices
Commodity markets saw gains across products except gold.
Commodity markets saw gains across products except gold. The price of gold per ounce fell 0.13 percent to 4,393.95.
Silver rose 0.17 percent to 63.960.
WTI crude oil increased 0.13 percent to 78.41. Brent crude traded at 83.97, up 0.05 percent.
Copper rose 0.22 percent to 6.6043. Natural gas increased 2.47 percent to 2.736.
Heating oil rose 3.78 percent to 3.9436.
Among agricultural commodities, U.S. soybeans rose 0.05 percent to 1,181.88, while U.S. wheat traded at 651.90, up 2.14 percent.
RBOB gasoline rose 0.42 percent to 2.9977.
