Canadian Foreign Minister Anand attends Arctic security panel in Munich
Munich, February 15 (Hibya) - Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Anita Anand attended a panel on Arctic sovereignty and security alongside Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Greenland Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen, and Senator Lisa Murkowski.
Canadian Foreign Minister Anand took part in a panel on Arctic sovereignty and security held at the Munich Security Conference together with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Greenland Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen, and Senator Lisa Murkowski.
Anand stated that during the panel they discussed the region’s growing strategic importance and the need for strong cooperation among Arctic partners.
