EU Commission President Leyen: Europe is ready to negotiate with the US
Brussels, April 7 (Hibya) – European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen stated that Europe is ready to negotiate with the United States (US).
President Leyen emphasized that Europe is ready to negotiate with the US and that they have implemented zero-zero tariffs on industrial goods.
She added: “We are always ready for a good deal. But we are also ready to respond with countermeasures. And let us protect ourselves from indirect effects through trade diversion.”
