President Trump: I have a very good relationship with Turkey and its leader
Washington, April 7 (Hibya) – U.S. President Donald Trump made a statement with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Netanyahu visited the U.S. and met with Trump at the White House.
They made a joint statement in the Oval Office following their meeting.
Netanyahu emphasized trade tariffs and stated: “We will completely eliminate the trade deficit with the U.S. and remove barriers to trade. Israel will be a model for other countries.”
He added: “We will rapidly eliminate tariffs on the U.S. This is not about intentions; it’s about results.”
Trump said they are working on a new deal to release hostages and that they are working hard on this issue.
Regarding Turkey, Trump said: “I have great relations with a man named Erdoğan. I like him, and he likes me. If there’s any issue with Turkey, I believe I can help solve it.”
