Fiala shares condolence message for Czech historian Pernes
Prague, May 22 (Hibya) – Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala published a message of condolence for the late Czech historian Jiri Pernes.
PM Fiala stated that he was deeply affected by the news of Jiri Pernes’ passing.
He described Pernes as an excellent historian, author of many groundbreaking academic works, and someone who managed to bring history closer to the public in an engaging way. “But above all, he was a wonderful person and a great friend. I will miss you very much,” said Fiala.
