Guterres: Without press freedom, we have no freedom


New York, May 3 (Hibya) - United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres issued a message on the occasion of World Press Freedom Day on Friday.

Guterres noted that journalists worldwide are increasingly risking their lives to deliver the news, saying:

"The UN recognizes the invaluable contribution of journalists to informing the public and its participation. Without press freedom, we have no freedom."
