In a statement regarding the soldiers whose families had been notified, the IDF Spokesperson announced that four soldiers lost their lives in two separate incidents in the Gaza Strip.

According to the statement, one of the fallen soldiers, Yoav Klein, was killed in the same incident that also claimed the lives of Dor Gadliya Ben Simhon and two other soldiers whose names have not yet been cleared for publication.

The IDF also reported that in the incident in which Nir Ben Ari was killed, two soldiers were seriously wounded and one officer sustained moderate injuries.

The wounded soldiers were transferred to hospital for treatment, and their families were informed of their condition.
