Investment opportunities exceeding $60 billion expected in Qatar
Doha, September 21 (Hibya) - Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani had announced the launch of the Doha Investment Platform.
Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani had announced the launch of the Doha Investment Platform.
According to a statement by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the platform was launched to support business growth, strengthen private sector participation, and attract international capital and expertise to the country.
The statement said that the total value of projects and investment opportunities expected in the State of Qatar over the next five years is projected to exceed 60 billion US dollars.
