Iran issues formal warning note to US Interests Section over hostile action
Tehran, March 20 (Hibya) – Iran submitted an official warning note to the US Interests Section in response to any potential malicious action.
In a statement from the Iranian Foreign Ministry, it was noted: “On Monday morning, Issa Kameli, Director General of the America Department, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in light of the Zionist regime’s ongoing hostile acts aimed at destabilizing the region and the recent threats by the US President.”
The statement added: “During the meeting, the Iranian diplomat condemned and rejected provocative statements that violate international law and the UN Charter. Kameli also emphasized the Islamic Republic of Iran’s determination to respond firmly and immediately to any threat, officially presenting Iran’s warning note.”
