Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei made statements regarding the Strait of Hormuz and commercial shipping in the region.

Baqaei said the Strait of Hormuz remained open as normal until February 28, claiming that commercial maritime transport in the region was disrupted following the US and Israeli attack on Iran.

Stating that tankers were waiting, trade had been disrupted and energy prices had risen, Baqaei argued that these developments were the result of US actions in the region.

Baqaei claimed that Washington was trying to portray the resulting economic and energy costs as a price imposed on the world by Iran’s behavior, saying the United States was attempting to make countries around the world bear the cost of a war that he claimed Washington had started.

Baqaei said it was “completely absurd” for the United States to try to place responsibility for the crisis in the region on Iran.
