Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Baqaei: The US shields war criminals from accountability
Tehran, December 19 (Hibya) – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei criticized the United States (US) for imposing sanctions on those seeking to hold war criminals accountable.
Baqaei stated that perpetrators of genocide crimes are still at large and continue to commit grave crimes against humanity. He described the US State Department’s sanctions against those demanding accountability for these criminals as the clearest and most ruthless example of impunity, adding that this represents a profound moral deviation.
