Jetten: We will present the opposition with a new and attractive proposal
Amsterdam, September 25 (Hibya) – Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten announced that the government will present a new proposal during talks with opposition parties.
Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten commented on the government's talks with the opposition during his weekly press conference following the Council of Ministers meeting.
Jetten said the government would present a new and attractive proposal to groups on both the right and the left of the opposition. Stating that he believes there are issues that could be considered within the proposal for both sides, Jetten said they want to make rapid progress on nitrogen emissions, congestion in the electricity grid, security, addressing the housing shortage and targets concerning the future of the economy.
