Copenhagen, October 1 (Hibya) — EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas stated that Russia is causing great damage to Ukraine.
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas said that Russia is causing great damage to Ukraine. She emphasized that it is not right for someone else to pay the price and added:
“At today’s European Council, we will discuss the issue of a compensation loan backed by frozen Russian assets to help Ukraine defend itself.”
