Kazakh Foreign Minister Tileuberdi holds talks with Kyrgyz counterpart Kulubayev
Astana, September 8 (Hibya) – Kazakh Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tileuberdi and Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubayev exchanged views on strengthening political dialogue and expanding cooperation in various fields.
According to a statement by Kazakhstan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a telephone conversation was held between Kazakh Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tileuberdi and Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubayev at the initiative of the Kyrgyz side.
During the conversation, Kulubayev congratulated Tileuberdi on his new position and wished him success in his responsibilities.
The ministers noted the steady development of allied relations between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The sides expressed their mutual commitment to strengthening political dialogue and expanding cooperation in trade and economy, investment, transport and logistics, water and energy, as well as cultural and humanitarian fields.
The conversation also covered current issues on the regional and international agenda, while the schedule of international events planned at the highest and high levels was reviewed.
