Netherlands and Baltic states to strengthen cooperation for European security


Amsterdam, September 8 (Hibya) – Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen said he would discuss European security, support for Ukraine and increasing pressure on Russia to end the war during his visits to Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia.

Berendsen said in a social media post that the Baltic states and the Netherlands, as European Union and NATO partners, work together on issues such as European security, support for Ukraine and increasing pressure on Russia to end the war.

Berendsen said he looked forward to discussing and strengthening cooperation during his visits to Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, noting that “European security, support for Ukraine and increasing pressure on Russia to end the war” would be on the agenda.
