London, April 12 (Hibya) – UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy emphasized that all parties in Sudan must commit to protecting civilians.
Lammy stated that shocking reports have emerged from El Fasher in Darfur, where indiscriminate attacks by the RSF have killed civilians, including aid workers.
He stressed that this situation further highlights the urgency of the Sudan Conference to be held on Tuesday in London with international partners. “All parties must commit to the protection of civilians,” Lammy said.
