Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva issued a message of encouragement to the Brazilian National Team.

Addressing head coach Carlo Ancelotti and the national team players, Lula said, "The World Cup has begun, and now it is time to compete, play with determination, make sacrifices, and bring team spirit onto the field."

Emphasizing that success in football is earned on the pitch, Lula stated, "Football is won through concentration, dedication, training, and above all, by putting the ball into the net."

Wishing success to the players, Lula said, "You are wearing the jersey of an entire nation. Janja Lula, myself, and millions of Brazilians are cheering for you."
