Merz: We will not abandon our support for Ukraine
Berlin, June 24 (Hibya) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz emphasized the importance of transatlantic cooperation, stating that support for Ukraine will continue.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said that his messages to Russia are clear and that Ukraine continues to remain strong.
Stressing that Germany will continue its support for Ukraine, Merz stated, “We will never abandon our support.”
Merz also referred to the importance of relations between Europe and North America, saying, “We are also very close to one another in transatlantic terms.”
