Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that the Russian leadership has concentrated air defense assets around Moscow, Valdai, and the bridge over the Kerch Strait, which he argued has led to weakened defense capabilities in other regions.

Zelensky stated that there are numerous launchers for S-400, S-500, and Pantsir systems in the Moscow region, and that some systems have also been redeployed from other regions to Valdai.

Zelensky further claimed that certain regions of Russia are experiencing fuel shortages and rising prices, saying that this situation reveals the economic impact of the war.

The Ukrainian president argued that Russia’s military priorities are focused on protecting specific centers and noted that the war is increasing the consumption of resources.
