Major stock market indices in the Middle East and North Africa region showed a mixed performance in trading on August 26, 2026.

In Israel, the TA 35 index rose 0.10 percent to 4,145.38 points, while Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All Share gained 0.25 percent to 11,259.90 points. The Amman SE General index rose 0.18 percent to 4,017.13 points, while the Dubai DFM General index climbed 0.55 percent to 5,866.79 points. Qatar’s QE General index also rose 0.71 percent to 9,854.10 points.

In Kuwait, the Premier Market PR index fell 0.20 percent to 9,302.73 points, while Egypt’s EGX 30 index closed 0.31 percent lower at 55,106.54 points. In Palestine, the Al-Quds index fell 0.45 percent to 677.08 points, while the Bahrain All Share index declined 0.31 percent to 1,951.36 points.

In Oman, the MSM 30 index fell 0.40 percent to 4,393.15 points.
