While precious metals saw gains in commodity markets, declines were notable in energy products and some agricultural commodities.

The price of gold per ounce rose by 2.23% to 4,838.01, while silver gained 6.77% to reach 76.86. Copper also increased by 2.04% to 5.7085.

In contrast, declines stood out in the energy sector. US crude oil (WTI) fell by 14.37% to 96.71 dollars, while Brent crude dropped by 13.00% to 95.13 dollars. Natural gas prices decreased by 3.27% to 2.749, and heating oil lost 13.89% of its value.

Limited declines were observed in agricultural commodities. US soybean prices fell by 0.18%, while wheat declined by 2.79%. RBOB gasoline also dropped by 10.16%.
