Moldovan Foreign Ministry marks the 250th anniversary of the United States
Chisinau, July 4 (Hibya) – The Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs congratulated the American people on the 250th anniversary of the United States' Independence Day, stating that the two countries share the common values of freedom, sovereignty, peace, security, and prosperity.
In its statement, the Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: “We extend our warmest congratulations on the 250th anniversary of the Independence Day of the United States of America.”
The statement emphasized that Moldova, which is celebrating the 35th anniversary of its own independence this year, joins the American people in commemorating this special occasion founded on the shared values of freedom, sovereignty, peace, security, and prosperity.
It also noted that Moldova and the United States have built a strong partnership for more than 34 years and that the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations will be proudly celebrated next year.
The ministry described the United States as one of Moldova's most trusted partners, adding: “We will continue to strengthen our friendship and strategic partnership for the benefit of our peoples.”
