Mucunski: The Western Balkans remain a strategic priority for NATO and the EU
Brussels, April 4 (Hibya) – North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister Timco Mucunski stated that the Western Balkans continue to be a strategic priority for both NATO and the European Union.
Minister Mucunski noted that during the NATO Foreign Ministers Meeting in Brussels, they reaffirmed their shared vision of a secure and resilient Euro-Atlantic region.
“Strengthening the NATO-EU partnership is vital for long-term stability. Accelerating the region’s integration into the EU will enhance regional security. We reaffirmed our commitment to peace through diplomacy in Ukraine. An agreement was reached to increase investment in defense and deterrence,” he said.
