North Macedonia's Foreign and Foreign Trade Minister Timco Mucunski met with Egypt's Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty.

Mucunski said: "During the Rome MED meeting, we had a productive bilateral discussion with Egypt's Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty."

Mucunski emphasized that they decided to strengthen economic ties between Macedonia and Egypt by planning a Business Forum in 2025:

"We also agreed to strengthen our political dialogue and expand cooperation in mutual interests. I am grateful for Egypt's strong support for our candidacy for the UN Human Rights Council, which is a testament to our joint international commitment."
