Oil prices rise: Brent crude approaches $100
Istanbul, November 6 (Hibya) – Oil and energy products recorded gains in global markets. The January 2027 Brent crude oil futures contract rose 1.57% to $99.83, while the December 2026 West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures contract increased 1.28% to $91.68.
Energy product prices rose in global commodity markets.
The January 2027 Brent crude oil futures contract gained 1.57% to reach $99.83. During the day, the contract reached a high of $100.81, while its lowest level was $98.94.
The December 2026 West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures contract also rose 1.28% to $91.68. The WTI contract tested $92.50 during trading and fell as low as $90.89.
London gas oil futures for November 2026 increased 0.82% to $1,387, while December 2026 natural gas futures gained 0.98% to reach $2.984.
