Palestine offers condolences over earthquake in Indonesia
Jerusalem, August 15 (Hibya) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates issued a message of condolence for those who lost their lives in the powerful earthquake that struck eastern Indonesia. The ministry expressed hope that search and rescue efforts would succeed and that those trapped under the rubble would be reached.
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates extended condolences to the government and people of Indonesia over the powerful earthquake that affected the country’s eastern regions.
In its statement, the ministry said the earthquake caused deaths and injuries, damaged numerous homes, buildings and properties, and forced thousands of people to evacuate.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry extended condolences to the families and relatives of those who lost their lives in the earthquake and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
The statement expressed hope that search and rescue teams would reach those trapped under the rubble and that efforts to assist those affected by the disaster would continue successfully, stressing that Palestine stands in full solidarity with Indonesia during this difficult period.
The ministry also expressed confidence that Indonesia would overcome the disaster and bring its consequences under control as soon as possible.
