Palestinian Minister Shahin Participates in "Women on the Frontline" Conference in Amman
Amman, 23 February (Hibya) – Palestinian State Minister for Foreign Affairs and Diasporas Dr. Farsin Aghabekian Shahin participated in the "Women on the Frontline" (WOFL) conference held in Amman, the capital of Jordan.
According to a statement from the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Farsin Aghabekian Shahin, under the patronage of Jordanian Prime Minister Dr. Cafer Hasan and organized by the May Chidiac Foundation, took part in the seventh edition of the "Women on the Frontline" (WOFL) conference, which featured leading figures in politics, diplomacy, media, art, and economy.
The minister stated that the suffering endured by people living under occupation – women, children, and the elderly – did not begin with the war of destruction and displacement in the Gaza Strip, but has continued for decades.
