Pavel: It is Russia that senselessly started this war
Prague, April 14 (Hibya) – Czech President Petr Pavel claimed that it was Russia that started the war.
Czech President Petr Pavel stated that it was Russia that started the war.
In his statement, Pavel said:
"A week ago it was Kryvyi Rih, today it’s Sumy... Another deliberate Russian attack targeting civilians has taken the lives of dozens of innocent people, including children. It is Russia that senselessly started this war, it is Russia that continuously commits war crimes, and it is again Russia that delays negotiations and does everything to continue the killings."
