Prevot: We are closely monitoring the situation in Venezuela with our European partners
Brussels, January 3 (Hibya) – Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Maxime Prevot announced that diplomatic and administrative units have been mobilized to ensure the safety of citizens due to the events in Venezuela.
Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Prevot stated that the current situation in Venezuela is being closely monitored and that the safety of citizens is a priority.
Prevot said that the Belgian Embassy in Bogota, Colombia, which is responsible for Venezuela, as well as the relevant units in Brussels, have been mobilized, adding: “The situation is being closely monitored in coordination with our European partners.”
