Moscow, October 1 (Hibya) - Russia's Foreign Ministry said President Vladimir Putin congratulated Chinese President Xi Jinping on the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

The ministry said in its statement that relations between Russia and China are at their highest level ever.
The statement also said that the two countries are carrying out important joint projects and coordinating their efforts toward a fairer multipolar world.
