In his message, Putin stated that targeting civilians during a religious ceremony once again revealed the inhumane nature of terrorism.
Emphasizing Russia’s readiness to strengthen cooperation with Pakistan in the fight against terrorism, Putin expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
