Qatar participates in Russia-Gulf Cooperation Council Strategic Dialogue meeting
Manama, October 18 (Hibya) - Qatar participated in the ninth Joint Ministerial Meeting of the Strategic Dialogue between the Gulf Cooperation Council and Russia, held in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, on October 18, 2026. The Qatari delegation was headed by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi.
Qatar was represented at the ninth Joint Ministerial Meeting of the Strategic Dialogue between the Gulf Cooperation Council and Russia.
According to a statement from Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting was held on October 18, 2026, in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.
The Qatari delegation was headed by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi.
The meeting was organized within the framework of the strategic dialogue between the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Russian Federation.
