Qatar Reiterates Support for Syria
New York, May 22 (Hibya) – Qatar’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al Thani, reiterated her country’s full support for Syria.
Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al Thani made a statement during the UN Security Council briefing titled "The Situation in the Middle East (Syria)" held at the UN Headquarters in New York.
The State of Qatar reaffirmed its full support for Syria in a manner that will help fulfill the Syrian people’s aspirations for security, stability, and development, and positively impact the future of Syria and the region.
