Qatari Prime Minister Al-Thani meets with UK Foreign Secretary Miliband
Doha, July 24 (Hibya) - Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with the United Kingdom's Foreign Secretary, Ed Miliband.
According to a statement by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani congratulated Ed Miliband on assuming his position at the UK's Foreign Office.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation between Qatar and the United Kingdom and discussed ways to further strengthen it.
The meeting also focused on the latest regional developments, efforts to reduce tensions in the region, and diplomatic initiatives and joint coordination aimed at enhancing security and stability.
