Rubio: We are ready to provide aid to the people of Burma and Thailand
Washington, March 29 (Hibya) – U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the United States is ready to provide assistance to the people of Burma and Thailand.
Rubio noted that their prayers are with the people of Burma and Thailand affected by the earthquake.
He confirmed that their teams on the ground are safe despite reports of severe damage and casualties, adding: "We are in contact with these countries, and as President Donald Trump said, we are ready to provide aid."
