Russell: The children of the world trust us
New York, May 19 (Hibya) – UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell stated that they must double their efforts to protect children trapped in conflict and humanitarian emergencies.
UNICEF Executive Director Russell emphasized that EHF 2025 comes at a critical juncture for the humanitarian sector.
“From Gaza to Sudan, from Haiti to the Sahel, children are suffering,” said Russell. “We must double our efforts to protect children trapped in conflict and humanitarian emergencies. The children of the world trust us.”
