Russell: UNICEF ready to support children in Nepal
New York, August 26 (Hibya) - UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell said the organization is ready to support children and families affected by the flood disaster in Nepal.
UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell said in a statement that the flood disaster in Nepal has left thousands of children and families facing severe losses, displacement and uncertainty.
Russell expressed sorrow for everyone affected by the floods and said UNICEF is ready to work with its partners to support the protection, health and well-being of children.
